Cascadia is taking referrals and offering appointments for primary care, child & family services, substance use treatment, and our DUII program.

For individuals discharging from an inpatient unit or from an emergency department, we are taking referrals and offering appointments for adult mental health treatment.  For all other adult mental health treatments, we can put your name on a waitlist and will reach out to schedule an appointment when we have a cancellation.

The Clackamas Health Center offers mental health and addictions treatment for adults on the Oregon Health Plan and for those approved for indigent services by Clackamas County. Services consist of individual and group therapy, medication management, and case management services, such as housing support and advocacy. CLR clinic provides specialized services to persons who have received DUII or DWI offenses. Additionally, we provide "strengths-based" intensive case management (ICM) and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) to those who need more support in the community to include individual therapy, case management, and medication management. Addictions services at this location include outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) treatment, Medication-Supported Recovery (MSR) for opioid use disorders, as well as problem gambling treatment and prevention services.

Our new Garlington Health Center is an outpatient clinic that provides multi-disciplinary, culturally relevant treatment services to persons with a mental illness and/or co-occurring disorder with specialized culturally specific services available for African Americans. Treatment programs include Recovery Services, Integrated Services, Alcohol and Drug Treatment Services and the Housing Outreach Team. The clinical teams provide a range of treatment services, including crisis intervention; primary care; individual and group therapy; psychotropic medication evaluation and treatment, consultation, eviction prevention, housing placement and community referrals.

The Plaza Health Center offers many treatment services, including primary care. Mental health services include group and individual sessions, case management, supported employment, supported education, peer services and medication services. For addictions services we have alcohol and drug treatment which includes sub-programming for those seeking to fulfill DUII obligations as well as culturally specific treatment for the LBGTQQ community. Plaza also is the location for problem gambling treatment for gamblers and their significant others and families which is free. Our Urgent Walk-In Clinic serving all of Multnomah County is on the first floor.

Woodland Park Health Center is an outpatient clinic for adults, youth, and families that offer mental health, addictions, and health and wellness services, including on-site primary care. Treatment programs include adult outpatient, child and family services, older adult services, VIEWS, FIT, and alcohol and drug treatment, and primary care.
