1) 0-30% Annual Median Income (AMI), disabled, and referred through Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Central City Concern, or CAP
2) 0-30% AMI and disabled
Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit. (This does not apply to Companion Animals)
Drug testing is required prior to move in and randomly thereafter. All applicants must show proof of a minimum of 30 days of active engagement in a program of recovery/treatment when the unit is offered.
